What is the cost of bathroom water damage repair?
The caulking where wall meets the bathtub came off. About 10 tiles have become lose dues to possible water damage. Also, the floor outside bathtub (about 1 sq ft) has become soft.
What is the estimated repair cost for this ?
How do I repair drywall in my bathroom that has started to deteriorate from moisture?
I live in an old farmhouse and the bathroom has plastic tiles half way up the wall and then drywall covers the remaining wall. I have installed a spout that allows for a shower head so I need to be able to still attach that to the wall. And how do I protect the wall once it’s repaired?

How to repair cracked drywall in bathroom?
The drywall in my bathroom around the shower has cracked probably due to too much moisture. It has been painted with latex paint. Any suggestions on how to repair this? I really don’t want to have to tear it out or replace it, but would like to be able to maybe sand or fill in the crack. Thanks for your help
How can I repair damage to my bathroom slab floor where the floor meets the toilet gasket?

Is it possible to repair a particle board bathroom vanity?
My dog decided to chew off a corner of our bathroom vanity, which is made out of particle board. I am checking to see if it’s possible to repair the cabinet. Would wood putty or some other substance work to recreate the corner edge? If you have any ideas for how to repair or replace particle board, I’d be grateful!
The other option, of course, is to buy a new vanity and replace it ourselves. Would this be easier (and/or more cost-effective) than trying to repair the cabinet? Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!!
Who can repair a bathroom fan?
I noticed about a month ago that my bathroom “stinky” fan was leaking water. I thought it might just be from the humidity as I have read about. But then I also thought about the fact that we had just had two weeks straight of heavy rain and that there were also water stains showing on my bathroom ceiling as well. So I call a repair guy friend to look at my roof and he says yeah the vent fan wasn’t installed properly so he put some caulk, (spelling), around the vent to help with the water penetration. But, I think it is leaking again. I was just wondering who in the world I would call to take care of this-electrician? HVAC people? Any similar experiences?
